Training can be in the gym or outdoors and I’ll keep you motivated and accountable every step of the way.

I hold a certificate in The Science of Exercise from the University of Colorado Boulder. This program deepened my understanding of exercise physiology and effective training strategies, allowing me to design safe and personalized fitness programs for all levels.

Lesstructuur

Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body and prevent injuries. The main part focuses on your personal goals strength, fat loss, or functional fitness followed by stretching or mobility work. Every program is tailored to your needs and progresses safely over time

Yes, I offer trial lessons for €30. In this session, we’ll discuss your fitness goals, assess your current level, and go through a personalized workout. It’s a great way to experience my coaching style and see how I can help you reach your goals effectively.
