Introductie
My name is Elia, and I help people build a better looking and stronger body through simple, structured training.
If you’ve been going to the gym without really seeing progress, or you don’t know exactly what to do when you train — this is where I help.
There is a lot of confusing and conflicting advice out there. My goal is to make training clear and effective, so you always understand what you’re doing and why.
Whether you're a complete beginner or getting back into shape, I guide you step by step and help you build consistency. Over time, this leads to real progress — both in how your body looks and how you feel.

In my sessions, we focus on simple, effective exercises that actually change how your body looks and feels.
There are no random workouts — everything we do has a purpose. We focus on proper technique first, and then gradually increase intensity so you build strength safely and consistently.
I track your progress week by week and adjust where needed. This way, you keep improving without overtraining or wasting time.
Training takes place outdoors in Amsterdam (Sportpark Middenmeer), using bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands, and conditioning work.
I adapt everything to your level, so you always know exactly what to do — no experience needed to start.

Proefles
Yes — I offer a free first session so we can see if we’re a good match.
During this session, we’ll go through a full workout and I’ll assess your current level, movement, and basic strength. You’ll also get a clear idea of how I coach and how the training will look moving forward.
After the session, you can decide if you want to continue — no pressure.
